By accessing skylnq.com, registering for membership, or using any Skylnq services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Skylnq is operated by Bit By Bit Web Services Pvt. Ltd.

2. Membership

Membership is open to individuals and businesses 18+. Skylnq reserves the right to reject or revoke membership. Memberships are annual (12 months). Founding pricing is locked for continuous membership.

3. Services

Skylnq provides: digital portal with profiles and directory, subdomain landing pages, AI-powered referral matching, networking events, coworking discounts, gamified referral system, and tier-specific benefits.

4. Member Obligations

Members agree to: provide accurate information, maintain professional conduct, not use Skylnq for MLM or illegal activities, not spam other members, respect intellectual property, and comply with Indian laws.

5. Landing Pages

Landing pages at yourbusiness.skylnq.com are provided as part of membership. Content must be accurate and legal. Pages remain active during membership.

6. Referral Program

Referral rewards are subject to program terms. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals result in forfeiture and possible termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All Skylnq branding and systems are IP of Bit By Bit Web Services Pvt. Ltd. Members retain ownership of their content and grant Skylnq a display license.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skylnq facilitates connections but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Members engage in business at their own risk. Liability is limited to membership fee paid.

9. Termination

Skylnq may terminate membership for violations. Members may terminate by contacting hello@skylnq.com.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Greater Noida, UP. Courts of Greater Noida have exclusive jurisdiction.
