1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing skylnq.com, registering for membership, or using any Skylnq services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Skylnq is operated by Bit By Bit Web Services Pvt. Ltd., a company registered under the laws of India. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Membership

2.1 Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals and businesses 18 years or older, operating a legitimate business or professional practice. Skylnq reserves the right to reject or revoke membership at its discretion, including for violations of these terms or the member code of conduct.

2.2 Membership Tiers

Skylnq offers three tiers: Member, Pro, and Elite, each with different features and pricing as described on our pricing page. Features and pricing are subject to change with prior notice. Founding Member pricing, where applicable, is locked for the duration of continuous membership.

2.3 Membership Term

Memberships are annual (12 months) from the date of payment confirmation. Memberships do not auto-renew. Members will be notified before expiry and may renew at the prevailing rate or their locked founding rate, as applicable.

3. Services Provided

Skylnq provides: a digital portal with member profiles and business directory, subdomain landing pages (yourbusiness.skylnq.com), AI-powered referral matching, networking events (meetups, workshops, dinners), coworking partnership discounts, gamified referral and incentive system, and additional tier-specific benefits as described on our website. Services are subject to availability and may be modified with reasonable notice.

4. Member Obligations

As a member, you agree to: provide accurate and truthful business information, maintain professional conduct at all events and on the portal, not use Skylnq for MLM, pyramid schemes, or illegal activities, not spam, harass, or solicit other members without consent, respect the intellectual property of Skylnq and other members, not share confidential business information shared within the network without consent, and comply with all applicable Indian laws.

5. Landing Pages

Landing pages at yourbusiness.skylnq.com are provided as part of membership. Content on landing pages must be accurate and legal. Skylnq reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms. Landing pages remain active only during active membership. Upon membership termination, landing pages will be deactivated after a 30-day grace period.

6. Referral Program

Members can earn rewards by referring new members. Referral rewards are subject to the terms of the referral program as published on the Skylnq portal, which may be modified from time to time. Referral rewards are paid only for legitimate referrals. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible membership termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All Skylnq branding, website content, portal code, event materials, and AI systems are the intellectual property of Bit By Bit Web Services Pvt. Ltd. Members retain ownership of their own business information and content uploaded to the platform. By uploading content, members grant Skylnq a non-exclusive license to display it on the portal, landing pages, and marketing materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skylnq facilitates connections between business professionals but does not guarantee any specific business outcome, referral volume, or revenue generation. Skylnq is not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of transactions between members. Members engage in business with each other at their own risk. Skylnq's total liability is limited to the membership fee paid by the member.

9. Privacy

Your use of Skylnq is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Termination

Skylnq may terminate or suspend membership for violation of these terms, engaging in conduct detrimental to the community, non-payment of fees, or at Skylnq's discretion with reasonable notice. Members may terminate their membership by contacting hello@skylnq.com. Refund eligibility upon termination is governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or Skylnq services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The courts of Greater Noida shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Changes to Terms

Skylnq reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
