Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
Skylnq, operated by Bit By Bit Web Services Pvt. Ltd., is committed to member satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of membership and associated services.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial membership payment if you are not satisfied with Skylnq services. To claim this guarantee:
Send an email to hello@skylnq.com within 30 days of payment with your name, registered email, and reason for cancellation. Our team will process the refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. No questions asked — we stand by this guarantee fully.
3. Cancellation After 30 Days
After the 30-day money-back period, membership fees are non-refundable. Since membership benefits (events, portal access, landing pages, AI matching) are delivered continuously throughout the year, the fee covers the full annual period.
However, you may cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@skylnq.com. Upon cancellation: your portal access and landing page will remain active until the end of your paid membership period, you will continue to have access to events until expiry, no further charges will be applied, and your landing page and profile will be deactivated 30 days after membership expiry.
4. Refund for Specific Situations
4.1 Event Cancellation by Skylnq
If Skylnq cancels a paid event (if any), a full refund for the event fee will be processed within 7 business days. Alternatively, the member may transfer the payment to the next scheduled event.
4.2 Duplicate Payments
If a member is charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days upon notification.
4.3 Service Non-Delivery
If a promised tier-specific deliverable (e.g., brand audit for Pro members, photoshoot for Elite members) is not delivered within 45 days of the promised timeline, the member may request a partial refund proportional to the undelivered service. Contact hello@skylnq.com with details.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund: membership fees after the 30-day money-back period, referral rewards already paid out (if membership is subsequently cancelled), any promotional or discounted memberships explicitly marked as non-refundable, and membership fees where the member has violated the Terms & Conditions leading to termination.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, email hello@skylnq.com with: your full name and registered email, date of payment and payment reference/transaction ID, reason for refund request, and preferred refund method (if different from original payment).
Refund timeline: acknowledgment of request within 24 hours, refund processing within 7-10 business days, bank processing may take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
7. Membership Upgrade / Downgrade
Members may upgrade their tier at any time by paying the pro-rated difference for the remaining membership period. Downgrades are effective at the next renewal period — no partial refunds for mid-term downgrades. Contact hello@skylnq.com for tier changes.
8. Founding Member Pricing
Founding Members who cancel and later wish to rejoin will lose their founding rate and must pay the standard rate at the time of re-registration. Founding pricing is locked only for continuous, uninterrupted membership.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders) that prevent service delivery for an extended period (30+ days), Skylnq will offer affected members a pro-rated extension of their membership or a partial refund at the member's choice.
