Delivery Policy
1. Nature of Services
Skylnq, operated by Bit By Bit Web Services Pvt. Ltd., provides digital networking services, including but not limited to membership portal access, business landing pages, AI-powered referral matching, networking events, and related digital services. As our services are primarily digital and service-based, this policy outlines how and when services are delivered.
2. Membership Activation
Upon successful payment of membership fees, the following delivery timeline applies:
Immediate (within 1 hour): Confirmation email with membership details, access to the Skylnq WhatsApp community group, and welcome kit (digital PDF with onboarding guide).
Within 24 hours: Portal login credentials, member profile setup assistance, and invitation to the next upcoming event.
Within 48 hours: Business landing page live at yourbusiness.skylnq.com (after member submits required content: business description, services, images).
Within 7 days: Full profile verification and "Verified" badge activation, inclusion in the member directory, and AI referral matching activated.
3. Event Delivery
Networking events (meetups, workshops, dinners) are held at physical venues across Delhi NCR as per the published event calendar. Event details (date, time, venue, agenda) are communicated at least 7 days in advance via email, WhatsApp, and the portal. In case of event cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, members will be notified at least 48 hours in advance where possible, and alternative arrangements will be made.
4. Landing Page Delivery
Landing pages are delivered within 48 hours of the member submitting their content through the onboarding form. If content is incomplete, the page will be published with available information and updated when additional content is provided. Members can update their landing page content at any time through the portal dashboard.
5. AI Matching & Referral Services
AI-powered referral matching is available once the member's profile is complete and verified. Match results are delivered in real-time (within seconds) when a requirement is posted. The quality and quantity of matches depend on the current member base and category representation.
6. Coworking Discounts
Coworking discount codes and partner details are shared within 7 days of membership activation. Discounts are subject to availability and partner terms, which may change. Skylnq will communicate any changes to coworking partnerships promptly.
7. Tier-Specific Deliverables
Pro Members: Brand audit delivered within 14 days of activation. 1-on-1 business review sessions scheduled within 21 days. Founders' Circle dinner invitations as per quarterly calendar.
Elite Members: All Pro deliverables plus professional photoshoot scheduled within 30 days (subject to Sparklusion availability). Dedicated relationship manager assigned within 7 days. Monthly AI insights report begins from the second month of membership.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to: incomplete information from the member, technical issues beyond our control, natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions, or third-party service provider issues. In such cases, we will communicate promptly and provide revised timelines.
