Membership fees are non-refundable after 30 days. Services continue until membership expiry. Cancel anytime — no further charges.

3. Specific Situations

Duplicate payments: Refunded within 5-7 business days.

Service non-delivery: Partial refund if tier-specific deliverables are not provided within 45 days of promised timeline.

4. Non-Refundable

Fees after the 30-day period, referral rewards already paid, promotional memberships marked non-refundable, and memberships terminated for violations.

6. Upgrades & Downgrades
