2. Membership Activation

Immediate (within 1 hour): Confirmation email, WhatsApp community access, digital welcome kit.

Within 24 hours: Portal login credentials, profile setup assistance, next event invitation.

Within 48 hours: Business landing page live at yourbusiness.skylnq.com.

Within 7 days: Profile verification, directory inclusion, AI matching activated, professional photoshoot scheduled.

3. Events

Events are held at physical venues across Delhi NCR as per the published calendar. Details communicated 7+ days in advance. Cancellations notified 48 hours in advance where possible.

4. Landing Pages

Delivered within 48 hours of content submission. Members can update content anytime through the portal.

5. Professional Photoshoot

Scheduled within 14 days of membership activation, subject to studio availability. Delivered within 7 days of the shoot.

6. Delays

Delays may occur due to incomplete member information, technical issues, or force majeure. We will communicate promptly.
